For coaches
You set the rate, the packages, the games you teach and the hours you are free. Students book into those hours, you accept or decline each one, and we take no cut of anything.
A real profile from the directory.
Setting up
Nothing here is locked in. Your hours, rates and packages are all editable from the dashboard the moment you are live.
Name, email, mobile, password, and the one-line description that appears under your name everywhere on the site.
Both optional — plenty of excellent instructors do not carry a rating. Students do filter on them, so include what you have. You also pick the games you like teaching here.
Your city and the rooms you use. Then tick in-person, online, or both — online listings are visible to students anywhere.
Days and time windows that repeat weekly. These shade green on your booking calendar. Add as many windows as you like and edit them whenever your schedule shifts.
Build a package table in the form, or just upload a photo of the price list you already use at your room. Either shows on your profile.
Email, text, or both. Booking requests and new reviews go to whichever you pick — and nothing else does.
A six-digit code lands in your inbox. Enter it and your profile publishes immediately — it appears in search, in your city page, and under every game you teach.
How bookings reach you
A student picking a green slot does not put anything in your diary. It sends you a request — with their name, the date, the length, the format, what they want to work on, and any note they left.
By email or text, however you set it. The slot is held meanwhile.
One click from your dashboard. Declining lets you leave a short reason, and the student gets it along with a nudge to pick another day.
Date, time, room, and your contact details go to the student on acceptance.
That triggers the review request — and the prompt asking whether they want another lesson.
No. Both fields are optional and the profile publishes fine without them. They help students filter, so include them if you have them — but a strong bio and clear packages do more for bookings than either number.
Set your normal weekly hours, then block specific dates from your dashboard when you are away. Blocked dates disappear from the student's calendar immediately.
Yes — tick online and leave in-person unticked. You will show up for students anywhere rather than in a single city.
Directly by the student, however you normally take payment. We are a directory, not a payment processor, and we do not sit between you and the money.
Yes. Step five lets you either build a package table in the form or upload an image of the sheet you use at your room. Either one displays on your profile.
It stays pending and the slot stays held, which is bad for both of you. The dashboard flags anything sitting unanswered — declining quickly with a reason is far better than silence.
Set up takes about five minutes and costs nothing.
